Fix-It for Android FB Msgr "Error Loading Media"
After the recent Android updates, a whole host of new problems have popped up for users. As a Samsung S7 Active user, I feel your pain!!
In particular, anyone using Facebook Messenger after the update might have tried to send a picture but seen “Error Loading Media” even though their pictures were right there in their gallery.
This video will walk you through fixing this problem.
(Apologies for any awkwardness. This is my first video on YouTube.)
TO FIX:
Settings – Apps – (three dots in the upper corner) – “Show system apps” – Media Storage – Storage – Clear Cache / Clear Data
Restart your phone at your own discretion.

this method is shit after doing it I saw all my photos and videos has been deleted from my phone …. well, at last, this method works but there's nothing I can send :/ + u ruined my collections of photos that I spend 3 years to recover them from internet
